At SeeLess Solutions, we're committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services for our valued customers. Please take a moment to review our Shipping Policy for a smooth and informed shopping experience:

Free U.S. Shipping on Purchases over $10,000. 

  • We're delighted to offer free shipping on purchases over $10,000 within the United States. 

International Shipping - Buyer Responsibility

  • For our international customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.

Canada Shipping Assistance

  • While we don't ship directly to Canada, we're here to help. Contact Barry Wosk at barry@sounddevelopments.com, and our Canadian representatives at Sound Developments will be more than happy to assist with your orders.

Shipping Timeframes (Within the U.S.)

  • USA Economy: 3-7 Business Days
  • USA Express: 2-3 Business Days
  • USA Overnight: 1-2 Days (Monday to Friday Only, with a cutoff time of 4 PM EST)

International Orders

  • For international orders, we recommend getting in touch with us, and we'll connect you with a local distributor. Our international representatives at Customs Solutions International, reachable at roger@customsolutionsintl.com, will be your go-to support for international orders. Please contact them for any international inquiries.

Important International Shipping Details

  • Direct orders require buyers to manage import duties and taxes.
  • For international transactions, we accept PayPal as the only method of payment.
  • Credit card or wire transfer options are not available for payments with new international accounts.
  • The release of inventory for will-call pickups or shipping is contingent upon the verification of PayPal payment collection by the SeeLess accounting department.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Following your purchase, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your order's tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Product Damage or Loss

  • SeeLess Solutions Inc. is not liable for any products that may be damaged or lost during the shipping process. If your order arrives damaged, we recommend reaching out to the shipment carrier to file a claim.
